Cassi is a filmmaker whose passion is to entertain, inform and inspire her audience.  Over the past ten years, she has written, produced and directed a number of entertaining short films.  Recently, she produced and directed her first documentary, “Next Tooth One Mile.”   The documentary will premiere at the International Film Festival in Ireland - September 12 - 14, 2009.

Cassi graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, where she studied Mass Communications / Video Production.  She continued her education when she received a scholarship from the Bill Cosby sponsored Guy Hanks Alexander Screen Writing program at the University of Southern California (USC).  In addition, she has taken screenwriting classes at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and Film Independent. 

Shooting independent films is unpredictable and fast-paced.  An environment that Cassi finds exhilarating.
